I haven't trained in years. Will I keep up?
Yes. Every session scales to you. Loads of our women start after years away from the gym, and the coaches adjust the work to your level. You're never the odd one out.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Then you don't pay. Follow the program and you'll drop a dress size or two, or you get your money back. That's the Love It Or Leave It guarantee, no awkward conversation.
How much time does it actually take?
Three sessions a week, plus app workouts if you want them and a simple nutrition plan you can stick to with a normal life and a family. No mad meal prep, no living in the gym.
Where are you and what times can I train?
7 Blundells Road, Bradville, Milton Keynes MK13 7HA. Sessions run mornings, daytimes and evenings, six days a week, so there's a slot that fits around work and the school run.
